Bilingual Bites 2, a very classy launch...

Over 130 like minded ladies descended on Trader Vic's, Anantara Riverside Resort on Thursday 13th October with one mission - to buy our long-awaited new cookbook and raise money for future SILC Welfare projects whilst having delicious nibbles and coffee with friends.

Anantara staff put on a fantastic range of sweet & savoury nibbles and drinks. Chef Ashley gave a cookery demonstration on how to make Seared Scallops Wrapped in Parma Ham with Herb Prawn Tortellini. Not forgetting an extra cooking demonstration of Tuna Salad Thai Style, by our SILC tour coordinator, Jimmy (Jimmy's Kitchen).

The children from FORDEC Mahawong Preschool did a fabulous dance performance for our entertainment.

A BIG Thank You to all who came along to help us celebrate and launch our 2nd Cookbook. Sales on the day were high and we are pleased to announce that we will be selling the cookbook at our annual SILC Bazaar, 11th November at Bangkok Patana School, as well at other sales and events in the near future.
